Essie - Resort Collection Swatches

Hellooo! :)
I don't know if one finger counts as swatches but I know that these bottles are extremely small to swatch them as a full hand swatch. Lots of other bloggers already swatched it and passed to different collections but it is not so easy to get your hands on a polish in Turkey. Most of the brand polishes are expensive and they are not easily found. So consider this post as a stash swatch, not a new collection swatch. (I said "swatch" a LOT!) I also got Smooth Sailing while I was buying this collection so it is included in this post too.

Thumb: Smooth Sailing - 2 coats
Index: No More Film - 1 coat
Middle: She's Picture Perfect - 2 or 3 coats
Ring: Pink-A-Boo - 3 or 4 coats
Pinky: Sure Shot - 2 coats

With flash

I liked all of these but if I had to choose my favorites, I would say Pink-A-Boo and She's Picture Perfect. They have tiny shimmers in them which made them my favorites in the first place. As for formula, worst one was Pink-A-Boo but I handled the situation pretty calmly since I loved the color.

Which ones did you like the most? Comment below and let me know if you'd like to see other stash swatches. :)

Essie - Watermelon

Hi! Today I have a pretty, pretty, a really pretty polish to show. Although my favorite color is pink, it is a little bit out of my comfort zone to wear on my nails. This polish wears fantastically, is a creme finish and so easy to put on. Definitely a must have pink for me! :)
Hope you liked it!

Rimmel - Aqua Cool

Hey there! :)
Today's post is from middle of summer and my nails are extremely long. Just look at them, OMG! The polish is extremely beautiful, manicure is soo shiny, it feels like perfection in every photo. All of the photos are pretty much same but I liked it so much that I felt like you should see them all!

Hope you liked it! :)

Tribal Nails

Hello there! Today, I have a manicure that I wanted to try for a long time and had chance to do a couple of months ago. I believe almost every nail artist (is there such a term?) done tribal nails at least once in their life. It was quite a challenge for me, all those stripes and dots took longer time than they normally should have, but the end result was worth it.

I wore this mani for a couple of days before taking pictures of it, so ignore the wearing on the tips.

The base color, purple, is Pastel 309. The rest is painted with acrylic paints and brushes.
Hopefully, you'll enjoy it as much as I did! :)

Will you be my Valentine?

I am such a lazy blogger.  I did this manicure before Valentine's Day and I am posting it right now. It is the exact same manicure that Rina did here, only colors are different. I think you can understand that I love recreating Rina's nail art. I was in love with the way it looked on my hands and felt bad cleaning it because of school.

Here is my left hand, a little bit lighter colors since the paint dried until I passed to the other hand.

Also, I took all these pictures (except the first one) with my sister's professional machine. Aren't they lovely, life became more clearer with these pictures :D I did these using acyrlics and they were real fun to do. Just a bit of patience I believe anyone can do this.

I hope you like it. :)

Day 1 - Snowmen AND Snowflake Nails

You might have heard about the new challenge, 12 Days of Christmas Manis. When I saw it on Sonoma Nail Art, I thought I totally should join it. And the thing I love the most about this challenge is that the rules are so free, you don't even have to do days in order or finish on time. Since I get to do my nails from weekend to weekend, I asked her if they would let me join and if I could do 2-3 topics at once. She told me that it was okay, so here I am with my "Snowmen AND Snowflake Nails".
This was my first attempt of using acrylic paints on my nails, so be easy on me. :)
This design was inspired by Simply Rins' Snowman Parade design. You should take a look at her's too, she also has a tutorial.
Look at how cute they both are! When I was photographing, I saw this white puffle and I was like, "OMG! I need a picture of them together, white puffle freezes stuff so they must look good together!" I am such a geek. :D
Experimenting with different angles. I think this photo turned out really artsy. :)
And to make you see how glittery this mani is. :) Excuse the wreckage on my index finger, it had a little accident till I took pictures and I couldn't fix it.

I used Flormar 423 as the base color, snowflakes and snowmen were done with acrylic paints and detailing brushes. The glitter polishes I used don't have a brand. After I did these nails, I realised how much I missed snow (AND holidays!).

I hope you'll like it :)
